Hi, I’m Kelly!
I’m a Meditation and Yoga Teacher, Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner, and Safe and Sound Protocol Provider based in Austin, Texas.
For more than 25 years, I’ve been walking a path of healing and transformation, weaving together diverse modalities and spiritual traditions. My background includes extensive training in Counseling Psychology, Somatic Experiencing®, Tibetan Buddhism, and Classical Indian Yoga.
At the heart of my work is a deep commitment to helping people find safety, presence, and self-compassion—foundational qualities for healing the body, heart, and mind. I offer weekly meditation classes, lead summer retreats, and maintain a private practice at Be Well Austin, where I support clients in developing embodied awareness, regulating the nervous system, and integrating spiritual practice into everyday life.

The Quiet Mind, Open Heart meditation class offers a safe and healing community space for practitioners to find refuge in meditation and connection with each other. It’s a drop-in and donation-based class open to everyone.
